摘要
文中主要研究了粉煤灰掺量对胶凝材料水化热放热规律及混凝土绝热温升的影响规律,结果表明:掺加粉煤灰可显著降低胶凝材料浆体各龄期的水化热,1d龄期时,随着粉煤灰掺量的提高,各胶凝材料水化热较纯水泥分别降低29.1%、30.4%、32.0%、33.5%、33.6%和36.2%,但随着龄期的延长,水化热降低幅度逐渐减小;混凝土的最高温度和最高温升均均随粉煤灰掺量的提高而逐渐降低,且达到最高温度的龄期延长,当粉煤灰掺量为31.0%时,混凝土最高温度可较基准混凝土降低20.7℃,最高温升可降低23.5℃。
This paper mainly studies the effect of the content of fly ash on the hydration heat release law of cementitious materials and the adiabatic temperature rise of the concrete.The results show that the addition of fly ash can significantly reduce the hydration heat of the cementitious material paste at all ages.When the concrete age was 1 day,the hydration heat is reduced by 29.1%,30.4%,32.0%,33.5%,33.6%and 36.2%with the increase of fly ash content comparing with pure cement paste.Nevertheless,the decrease range of hydration heat is reducing as the curing age increases.In addition,both the maximum temperature and the highest temperature rise of the concrete are reducing with the increase of fly ash content,at which the age is extending as the highest temperature is reached.Finally,when the content of fly ash reaches 31.0%,the maximum temperature of the concrete can be reduced by 20.7℃,and the maximum temperature rise can be reduced by 23.5℃.
