摘要
文中对铅芯钢管阻尼器的钢管结构采用了加劲环的处理方法,研究不同的构造参数对阻尼器的耗能能力的影响情况,并通过建立ABAQUS有限元模型的方法,采用位移控制的低周往复加载制度,模拟得到不同构造参数下加劲环铅芯钢管阻尼器的滞回曲线、等效阻尼比的数据。研究结果表明,采用加劲环铅芯钢管阻尼器结构形式,能够有效避免阻尼器发生较大的弯曲破坏;加劲环铅芯钢管阻尼器的高径比,厚径比以及加劲环宽厚比的参数选取,对阻尼器的初始刚度和承载能力影响是非常明显的。因此,合理选取构造参数对优化结构设计具有重要意义。
In this paper,the stiffening ring method is used to deal with the steel tube structure of the lead core steel tube damper,and the influence of different structural parameters on the energy dissipation capacity of the damper is studied.By establishing the ABAQUS finite element model and adopting the displacement controlled low cycle reciprocating loading system,the hysteretic curve and equivalent damping ratio of the stiffening ring lead core steel tube damper under different structural parameters are simulated.The results show that the structure of the damper can effectively avoid large bending damage.Moreover,the selection of the parameters of the height diameter ratio,the thickness diameter ratio,and the width thickness ratio of the damper has a very obvious impact on the initial stiffness and bearing capacity of the damper.Therefore,reasonable selection of structural parameters is of great significance to the optimization of structural design.
