摘要
有纺织物作为一种反滤材料应用广泛,工程中织物易受到侧限单向拉伸作用,导致孔径变化而影响其反滤性能。开孔面积率是反映织物反滤性能的重要参数。通过建立有纺织物单孔模型,推导侧限单向拉应变下开孔面积率理论解,试验中采用图像法测试其开孔面积率。结果表明理论值较好预测试验值,单孔模型的发展规律可以代表织物整体变化。
Woven geotextile is widely used as a filter material.In engineering,the geotextile is susceptible to lateral limited uniaxial stretching,which results in changes in the pore size and affects the filter performance.In addition,the open area percentage is an important parameter reflecting the filtration performance of geotextile.Herein,the analytical solution of the percent open area of the woven geotextiles under the lateral limited uniaxial tensile strain is proposed by establishing a model of single holes in the textile,moreover,the digital image method is used to test the percent open area.The results show that the analytical value is good for predicting the experimental value,and the development law of the single-hole model can represent the overall change of the geotextile.
