高铁枢纽新区规划设计研究——以烟台南站高铁新区城市设计为例

在中国高铁时代的发展契机下,以高铁枢纽为依托的城市新区设计成了目前规划界关注的热点,高铁车站地区的开发建设也成为城市发展的重要增长点。以烟台南站高铁新区为例,梳理了高铁新区及枢纽发展的趋势,从高铁新城和高铁枢纽两个层面分析不同规划重点。特别是从形象,立体,复合和品质四个设计策略方面对高铁枢纽核心区的发展方向进行了一定的深入分析,并总结了研究成果及进一步的探索方向。

With the opening and operation of high-speed railway in China,the planning of high-speed railway hub area has become the focus of urban development,and the construction of high-speed railway station area has also become an important growth point of city development.Taking the project of Yantai South Railway Station New District as an example,this article combs the development trend of the high-speed railway area and its hub and analyzes the different planning priorities from the city level and its hub level.In particular,the core area of high-speed rail hub is analyzed in depth from four design strategies of images,three-dimensional,mix-use and quality.Finally,It summarizes the research results and further exploration direction.
