摘要
采用超临界CO2流体对刺柏果中挥发性成分进行制备提取,得率为2.17%,利用GC-MS仪对其挥发性成分进行分析鉴定,共鉴定出64种成分,刺柏果中挥发性组分主要为α-蒎烯(29.46%)、β-月桂烯(8.80%)、柠檬烯(8.46%)等成分,其中烃类物质最多有39种,百分含量为87.42%,醇类和酯类物质分别为20种和5种,百分含量分别为8.34%,4.12%。
The volatile constituents of juniper fruit was extracted by supercritical CO2 fluid,and the yield was 2.17%.The volatile components of juniper fruit were analyzed and identified by GC-MS.64 components were identified,the main volatile constituents of juniper fruit wasα-pinene(29.46%),β-myrcene(8.80%),cinene(8.46%)etc.These constituents including 39 hydrocarbons,87.42%,20 alcohols and 5 esters,8.34%and 4.12%.
