摘要
"混合式教学"是目前高校教学领域最为流行的教学模式,将传统学习和网络学习的优势有机整合,实现了线上、线下、课前、课中、课后等学习方式和阶段的混合,将被动学习变为主动,真正做到以生为本,从根本上解决了传统学习方式不足的问题。以"西餐工艺基础"为例,从分析、设计、开发和实施4个阶段详细介绍了混合式教学模式在烹饪技能教学中的实施和应用,以期为其他专业课程的教学改革提供思路和参考。
Mixed teaching is the most popular teaching mode in college education.It integrates the advantages of traditional learning and online learning,and realizes online and offline,pre-class,in-class,and after-school learning methods and stages.The combination of passive learning and initiative,truly life-oriented can fundamentally solve the problem of insufficient traditional learning methods.Taking Western Food Technology Foundation as an example,this paper introduced the implementation and application of the hybrid teaching mode in the teaching of cooking skills from the four stages of analysis,design,development and implementation,in order to provide ideas for the teaching reform of other professional courses.
