摘要
分类招生作为高等职业教育招生考试制度改革的亮点,"知识+技能"的考核评价方式契合时代的发展和当前社会对高技能人才的需求,为不同类型的人员提供了多样学习途径和入学方式,为高职院校提供了不同的生源途径,不同生源类型推进了不同教学模式的改革,依据生源和学情分析,导入分层教学这种新型教育模式,通过在食品生物技术专业探索个性化、多元化、实用性分层教学模式有效提升了专业人才培养质量,服务社会经济发展。
Classified enrollment as a bright spot in the reform of the examination system for higher vocational education,the evaluation method of"knowledge+skills"is in line with the development of the times and the demand of the society for highly skilled talents.It provides diverse learning and enrolment options for different types of personnel.It provides a different source of students for higher vocational colleges.Different types of students have promoted the reform of different teaching models.Based on the analysis of students and learning situation,this paper introduces the new educational model of stratified teaching.Through the exploration of individual,diversified and practical stratified teaching model in food biotechnology specialty,the quality of professional personnel training has been effectively improved to serve the socio-economic development.
