摘要
教学管理是院校治理的重要内容,存在着诸多法律风险。梳理了农业类高等职业院校教学管理相关法律风险的种类及特点,分析了产生风险的原因及后果,以期对进一步规范农业类高等职业院校的教学管理、防范法律风险提供有益的参考。
The teaching management is the important content which the colleges and universities governs,has many legal risks.This paper sorted out the types and characteristics of legal risks related to teaching management in agricultural higher vocational colleges,and analyzed the causes and consequences of the risks,in order to provide useful reference for further standardizing the teaching management of agricultural higher vocational colleges and preventing legal risks.
