Analysis of Theory and Practice of Project Sustainability in Project Decision Making

This paper briefly introduces the theory,concept and practice of project sustainability analysis,and discusses the difficulties of project sustainability analysis.It is pointed out that the theory of sustainability analysis of chemical projects involves many difficult problems in the project and industry,and the theory of sustainability analysis need to be explored and improved both in theory and application mode.In practice,the establishment of complete evaluation content and index system as well as a suitable evaluation method,on the one hand,can make the project itself obtain better comprehensive benefits.On the other hand,it is also of great significance to the sustainable development of society.
