摘要
职业倦怠是制约中小学英语教师专业发展及教师队伍稳定的重要影响因素之一。为了解中小学英语教师专业发展有效途径,采用职业倦怠量表收集福建省城乡中小学英语教师职业倦怠现状信息,分析发现乡村英语教师去个性化程度显著高于城市英语教师;中学一级(小学高级)英语教师成就感比中学三级(小学二级)英语教师低。基于数据分析结果提出中小学英语教师专业发展的有效对策,为决策部门提供数据和理论参考。
Job burnout is one of the important factors restricting the professional development of English teachers in primary and middle schools and the stability of the teaching staff.In order to understand the effective ways for the professional development of English teachers in primary and secondary schools,the MBI-ES scale is used to collect information on the status of occupational burnout of English teachers in urban and rural primary and secondary schools in Fujian Province.The analysis suggests that rural English teachers are significantly more personalized than urban English teachers;Compared with English teachers at the third level(secondary elementary school),English teachers at the first level(advanced elementary school)have a lower sense of accomplishment.Based on the results of data analysis,this paper proposes effective countermeasures for the professional development of English teachers in primary and secondary schools,and provides data and theoretical references for decision-making departments.
