超声骨刀联合反角高速涡轮机在下颌低位阻生牙拔除中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨下颌低位阻生牙拔除的方法。方法选取150例下颌低位阻生牙患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各75例。观察组采用超声骨刀和反角高速涡轮机拔除,对照组选用反角高速涡轮机和牙挺拔除。比较两组手术时间、出血量、术后疼痛持续时间、面颊部肿胀度、张口受限情况及并发症发生率。结果术中出血量,术后3、7d疼痛评分,术后面部肿胀及张口受限程度,观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论超声骨刀和反角高速涡轮机联合应用于低位阻生牙拔除,能有效降低术后创伤及并发症的发生。 Objective To explore the extraction method of lower impacted mandibular teeth.Methods One hundred fifty patients with lower impacted mandibular teeth were randomly divided into observation group and control group,75 cases in each.The observation group was extracted with an ultrasonic bone knife and a contra-angle high-speed turbine,and the control group was selected with a contra-angle high-speed turbine and dental elevator.The operation time,the amount of bleeding,the duration of postoperative pain,the degree of swelling of the cheeks,the restriction of mouth opening,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The amount of bleeding during the operation,the pain score at 3 and 7 days after the operation,and the degree of facial swelling and opening restriction after operation were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of ultrasonic bone knife and contra-angle high-speed turbine for the extraction of low-impact impacted teeth can effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative trauma and complications.
