督脉熏蒸治疗产后身痛的疗效观察

OBSERVATION ON THE THERAPEUTIC EFFECT OF GOVERNOR VESSEL FUMIGATION ON POSTPARTUM BODY PAIN

目的探讨产后身痛的治疗方法。方法选取68例产后身痛患者,将其随机分为对照组和治疗组,各34例。对照组实施常规护理,治疗组在对照组基础之上进行督脉熏蒸治疗,治疗4周后对患者VAS评分及治疗效果进行比较。结果治疗后两组患者的VAS评分均较治疗前降低,但治疗组评分降低幅度大于对照组(t=9.56,P<0.01)。治疗组有效率为88.24%,高于对照组61.76%(χ^2=5.02,P=0.025)。结论督脉熏蒸疗法治疗产后身痛,疗效确切。

Objective To explore the treatment of postpartum body pain.Methods Sixty eight patients with postpartum body pain were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,34 cases each.The control group was given routine care,and the treatment group was treated with Governor vessel fumigation on the basis of the control group.After 4 weeks of treatment,the patients'VAS score and treatment effect were compared.Results After the treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups of patients were lower than the scores before the treatment,but the reduction of the score of the treatment group was greater than that of the control group(t=9.56,P<0.01).The effective rate of the treatment group was 88.24%,higher than that of the control group 61.76%(χ^2=5.02,P=0.025).Conclusion Governor vessel fumigation therapy is effective in treating postpartum body pain.
