早期CBT预防新冠肺炎患者及密切接触者出现PTSD的效果分析

摘要 当前,新型冠状病毒肺炎(Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia,NCP)正在全球肆虐,人们必然会产生相应的心理反应。认知行为疗法(Cognitive behavior therapy,CBT)是一种时间短、有针对性且伴有专业指导的疗法总称,通过改变个人非适应性的思维和行为模式来改善个体心理问题,既有认知矫正,又有行为治疗[1]。该疗法是以经典条件反射、操作条件反射和焦虑认知模型三者融合为基础[2],对提高患者的应对技巧、增加自制力与保持良好的心态和情绪能起到较好的作用。本文将此疗法用于预防NCP患者及密切接触者出现创伤后应激障碍(PTSD)的发生,观察其效果。
