师范类专业培养质量的满意度调查与发展路向

A Survey on Satisfaction of Training Quality of Normal Majors and Selection of Its Development Direction

摘要 基于对辽宁省高校师范类专业培养质量的抽样调查数据的分析,研究师范类专业在校生和毕业生对专业培养质量的满意度评价和发展诉求情况,对于提高高校师范类专业培养质量具有重要意义。研究发现:学生对专业培养质量的总体满意度较高,但也存在较大比例的不满意评价;学生对培养质量各要素的满意度评价水平普遍低于重要度的评价预期;学生是否喜欢教师职业、是否获得教师资格证及毕业生是否参加工作对培养质量的满意度评价有不同的影响;认为成为入职教师的影响因素与大学期间应该补充加强的课程内容基本一致。鉴于此,设置教师教育专业、实施“教师教育+”培养模式的政策建议具有一定的实践意义。 Based on the sampling survey data of the training quality of normal majors in Liaoning Province,this paper analyzes the satisfaction evaluation and development demands of students and graduates of normal majors on the quality of professional training.The results show that:students have a relatively higher satisfaction with the quality of professional training,but there are still a large proportion of dissatisfied evaluation;The level of students’satisfaction with each element of the training quality is generally lower than the evaluation expectation;Whether the students like the teacher profession,whether they get teachers’qualification certificate or whether the graduates take part in the relaxant work have different effects on the satisfaction evaluation of the training quality.This paper supposes that the factors that influence graduates becoming a teacher are basically the same as the curriculum that should be supplemented and strengthened during the university.In view of this,this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on the establishment of teacher education major and the implementation of“Teacher Education+”training mode.
