摘要
提出沉降罐放空气回收技术,通过对某脱气站中沉降罐放空气组成、温度、压力的分析,采用燃料型回收技术,设计出了液环压缩机机组回收沉降罐放空气工艺,并利用Aspen HYSYS软件进行稳态模拟计算。计算得到夏季、冬季工况下的放空气回收率、脱水率以及轻组分回收率,计算出夏季停工全循环工况下压缩机出口温度、液环压缩机轴功率及空冷器热负荷。模拟计算结果表明,夏季工况放空气回收率为64.3%,脱水率为94%,轻组分回收率为97.8%;冬季工况放空气回收率为94%,脱水率为92.8%,轻组分回收率为95.4%。夏季停工全循环工况下压缩机出口温度、压缩机轴功率、空冷器热负荷均小于夏季工况。计算分析结果为沉降罐放空气回收技术的应用提供了参考。
The vent gas recovery technology for sedimentation tank was put forward.By analyzing composition,temperature and pressure of the vent gas of the sedimentation tank in a certain degasing station and using fuel-type recovery technology,the vent gas recovery process using liquid ring compressor unit for the sedimentation tank was designed.The Aspen HYSYS software was utilized to do static simulation.The vent gas recovery rate,dewatering rate and light component recovery rate were investigated separately according to summer case and winter case.The compressor outlet temperature,compressor shaft power and air cooler heat load in full-recycle case in the production downtime in summer were calculated.The simulation results show that in summer case,the vent gas recovery rate is 64.3%,the dewatering rate is 94%and the light component recovery rate is 97.8%;but in winter case,the vent gas recovery rate is 94%,the dewatering rate is 92.8%and the light component recovery rate is 95.4%;in full-recycle case in the production downtime in summer,the compressor outlet temperature,the compressor shaft power and the air cooler heat load are less than those in summer case.The results provide reference in application of the vent gas recovery technology for sedimentation tank.
