Installation technology for large length steel pipe piles of offshore booster station

目前国内对于超长钢管桩海上安装一般是采用浮吊、起桩器、翻桩器等专用工具实现钢管桩起吊竖立、海上安装。以某海上升压站基础钢管桩的海上安装工程为例,介绍了采用一艘浮吊主副钩直接完成超长钢桩管竖立、海上安装的方案,阐述了钢管桩的海上起吊竖立和安装关键技术及难点,此方法能够摆脱超长钢管桩海上安装时对起桩器、翻桩器等专用工具的依赖,为以后类似项目提供新的思路和途径,对其他海洋平台钢管桩整体安装有一定的参考意义。

At present,offshore installation of large length steel pipe piles in China relies basically on the floating crane,ILT,upending cradle and other special tools.Taking the installation of steel pipe piles in an offshore booster station project as an example,this article describes an approach to complete upending the large length steel pipe piles and installation,and states the key technology and technical difficulties in order to get rid of the limitation of ILT,upending cradle and other special tools during offshore installation,which will provide the new idea and method for similar projects in the future.
