沙袋回填是海底管道悬空治理的常用方案,但对于杭州湾等恶劣的海域,海底管道悬空段沙袋回填治理后会再次出现海流冲刷悬空,因此需对悬空处已回填的网兜沙袋、吨袋等进行清理,然后通过后挖沟作业将管道沉至海流冲刷影响区以下。通过册子岛—镇海海底管道悬空段整治项目,详细阐述了利用伸缩臂挖掘机安全高效清理管道悬空段网兜沙袋与吨袋的标准化施工技术,可为以后类似抢维修工程顺利实施提供有力技术保障。

Sandbag backfilling is a common solution for submarine pipeline suspending,but in severe sea condition such as in Hangzhou Bay,the suspended segment of the submarine pipeline treated with sandbag backfilling would be suspended again due to current scour.Therefore,in order to achieve the long-term stability and safety of the pipeline,it is necessary to remove the backfilled sandbags and jumbo bags in the suspended pipeline segment,and then enable the pipeline to sink below the influence area of current scour through the post-trenching operation.This project expounds detailedly the standardized construction technology of using telescopic boom excavator to safely and efficiently remove the netted sandbags and jumbo bags in the suspended segment of Cezidao—Zhenhai submarine pipeline.It can provide advantageous technical support for the implementation of similar maintenance projects in the future.
