摘要
为了降低船舶通航对穿越港口航道的海底输油管道的影响,通常在管道铺设时先进行深挖沟,管道下沟后再采用毛石回填保护。此类管道若需要改线或者下卧改造,会大大增加改造难度,因为传统管道暴露方式无法清除大粒径石块。为此研究了一种针对某港口航道此类管道改造的施工方法:使用挖泥船在管道两侧开挖沟槽用于后期开挖毛石的存放,使用非接触挖沟机清除管道上方淤泥并暴露毛石,使用伸缩式挖掘机清理毛石层;并利用三维实时声呐技术监控挖泥船和伸缩式挖掘机的作业路径。通过项目实例论证了这种方法的可行性,保证了管道的安全运行,为以后类似工程提供借鉴。
In order to reduce the impact of ship navigation on the subsea oil pipeline crossing the port channel,deep trenching is usually carried out firstly in the pipelying,and then the stone backfilling is made to protect the pipeline.If such pipeline needs to be rerouted or more deeperly buried,the reformation difficulty will greatly increase,because the traditional pipeline exposure method can not remove large-size stones.In this paper,a new method for the reformation of the pipeline in a certain port channel is studied:using a dredger to excavate trenches on both sides of the pipeline for storage of later excavated stones,using a non-contact trencher to remove silt and expose stones on the pipeline,using a retractable excavator to clean stone layer,and using three-dimensional real-time sonar technology to monitor the operation paths of the dredger and retractable excavator.The feasibility of this method is demonstrated through the project example,which ensures the safe operation of the pipeline and provides reference for similar projects in the future.
