Reasons analysis and countermeasures on quality defects of plugging tee of in-service pipeline

针对在役管道塞堵三通运行过程中出现的盲板法兰密封渗漏、调节丝堵密封渗漏、环向角焊缝产生表面裂缝等问题,从产品制造、安装施工、运行管理等方面进行了原因分析与探讨,提出了处理对策与改进措施,对生产、施工、使用单位提高塞堵三通的产品质量、安装质量和管道系统的使用安全有一定的借鉴作用。

In view of the problems that occur during the operation of plugging tee,such as blind flange sealing leakage,adjustable plug sealing leakage and surface cracks in circumferential fillet welds,this article analyzes and discusses the reasons in aspects of product manufacture,installation and maintenance management,etc.,and puts forward the countermeasures and improvement measures.The results have a valuable reference for the units of manufacture,installation and application to improve product and installation qualities of plugging tee and safety of pipeline system.
