论中国海洋强国梦与大学生思想政治教育的融合

On the Integration of China's Maritime Power Dream and College Students'Ideological and Political Education

海洋强国梦,是中国梦的重要组成部分。这一伟大梦想的提出,是中国对时代特征、世界潮流的精准把握和有力回应。这一梦想的基本内涵是中国成为真正意义上的世界一流海洋强国。然而,圆梦海洋绝非易事,需要全体中华儿女为之努力奋斗。顺应这一时代要求,高校应将海洋强国梦融入大学生的思想政治教育中。二者的融合具有必要性:第一,高校思想政治理论课亟需注入新活力;第二,大学生的海洋意识亟需培育与提升;第三,海洋强国建设工程亟需高层次的智力支持和人才保障。融合二者的基本途径有:抓好思想政治理论课教学,加强海洋知识宣传工作,做好思想政治教育社会实践。这对于激励大学生勇立海洋时代的潮头、积极投身于海洋强国梦的生动实践大有裨益。

The dream of a maritime power is an important part of the Chinese dream.The proposal of this great dream is China's accurate grasp and powerful response to the characteristics of The Times and the trend of the world.The basic connotation of this great dream is that China will become a world-class maritime power in the true sense.However,the realization of the dream is by no means an easy task,which requires all the Chinese people to work hard for.To comply with the requirements of this era,colleges and universities should integrate the dream of maritime power into the ideological and political education of college students.The combination of the two is necessary,and there are three basic ways to integrate the two.These approaches are of great benefit to encouraging college students to brave the tide of the ocean era and actively participate in the vivid practice of maritime power.
