班主任对“学困生”转化的思考和做法

摘要 对于农村教育而言,由于生源的特点、家庭教育滞后等因素,每个班级里都有几个"学困生"。然而,他们也是这个集体中不容忽视的一部分,班级教育的成败很大程度上取决于这些学困生的转化,"学困生"不是一无是处,只要我们用心发现他们的闪光点,给予他们足够的爱心,唤起他们对生活的勇气和信心,就会使他们向着健康快乐的人生道路前进,久而久之会成为社会有用的人才,教育方式的恰当与否,决定了学困生的人生走向,所以对于"学困生"的转化对于实施素质教育具有深远的影响。 For rural education,there are several"problem students"in each class due to factors such as the source of students and the lagging family education.However,they are also a part of this group that cannot be ignored,the success or failure of class education depends to a great extent on the conversion of these problem students,"problem students"are not useless,as long as we carefully discover their flash points,give them enough love and arouse their courage and confidence in life will lead them to a healthy and happy life,and will become useful talents in the society over time,it he appropriateness of the education method determines the life direction of problem students,so the transformation of"problem students"It has a profound impact on the implementation of quality education.
