基于怡美日臻精业课堂创设的“高品”师资建设探索

随着改革开放的深入,我国的综合国力得到了巨大的提升,人们的物质生活丰富了起来,伴随着物质文明的发展,人们对于精神文明的需求也日益提高,以美术为代表的艺术类专业受到了更为广泛的关注。美术特色学校要把握住这个机遇,要有所发展,那么师资问题就必须要首先解决。本文立足于现实,首先对当前美术学校教学存在的问题进行了重点明确的分析,然后在科学思想的指导下,针对分析出的主要问题,提出了基于师资队伍建设的美术特色学校发展策略。

With the deepening of reform and opening up,china’s overall national strength has been greatly improved,people’s material life has been enriched,with the development of material civilization,people’s demand for spiritual civilization is also increasing,and art majors represented by fine arts received more extensive attention.In order to seize this opportunity and develop a school of art with special characteristics,the problem of teachers must be resolved first.This article is based on reality.First,it analyzes the current problems of art school teaching clearly,and then,under the guidance of scientific thoughts,proposes the development strategy of art characteristic schools based on the construction of teachers based on the main problems analyzed.
