Under the background of teaching system reform, innovative teaching mode has become the focus of teachers’ attention. Based on the significance of the cooperative learning model of "teachers and friends helping each other", this paper introduces the specific application of the model, points out the existing problems and countermeasures, and hopes to provide experience reference for teaching activities.
