摘要
车轴作为货运挂车的重要零部件,其质量对车辆的安全性能起着至关重要的作用。根据车轴的疲劳性能测试要求自行设计制作了一套液压伺服疲劳试验台。结合车辆运载过程中车轴的受力情况制定了试验台的加载方案,同时建立和分析了试验台中伺服系统的动态数学模型。利用LabVIEW软件编写了试验台闭环控制系统的控制程序,并对试验台上2个液压缸的输出特性采用不同波形信号进行测试。试验结果表明:该疲劳试验台可以对输入波形进行较为准确的跟随运动。本试验台加上压力传感器后还可以进行指定载荷的疲劳试验。
As an important part of freight trailer,axle plays a crucial role in the safety performance of vehicles.A set of self-designed hydraulic servo fatigue tester was manufactured based on the fatigue test requirements of axle.According to the stress condition of the axle during the vehicle transportation,the loading scheme of the tester was made and the dynamic mathematical model of the servo system of the tester was established and analyzed.Using the LabVIEW software,the control procedure of the closed-loop control system of the tester was programmed,and the output characteristics of the two hydraulic cylinders of the tester were tested using different waveform signals.The experimental results show that the servo cylinders of the fatigue tester can do comparatively accurate pursuit movements with regards to the input waveform.The fatigue test of specified load can also be carried out when the pressure sensor is added to the tester.
