摘要
平衡阀是工程机械最常用的限速元件,在实际应用过程中,某些工况下经常出现尖锐的啸叫噪声。针对某型高空绝缘作业平台液压系统的内缩型平衡阀的噪音问题,建立了内部流场的数学模型,指导数值计算各参数的选取。利用Fluent数值仿真软件,对不同入口压力和阀芯开口工况下的气穴和噪声进行了液气两相流仿真,揭示了气穴和噪声的产生和变化过程,同时研究了流道壁面的噪声分布情况。最后对特定工况下的噪声进行了实验研究,结果表明在某些特定频率下,噪声幅值很高,随着负载增大,噪声越高。研究为后续高空绝缘作业平台液压系统的降噪提供了指导。
The balance valve is the most commonly used speed limiting component of construction machinery.In practical applications,sharp howling noise occurs under certain operating conditions.A mathematical model of the internal flow field is established to solve the noise problem of shrinking balance valve of the hydraulic system about an aerial insulated work platform.The model could guide the selection of various parameters in numerical calculation.The liquid-gas two-phase flow simulation is performed for cavitation and noise under different inlet pressures and spool displacement by Fluent.The process of cavitation and noise generation and change is revealed.The noise distribution on the wall of flow channel is also studied.Finally,an experimental study of noise under specific operating conditions is performed.The results show that the noise amplitude is high at certain specific frequencies,and as the load increases,the higher the noise.The research provided guidance for noise reduction of the hydraulic system of aerial insulated work platform.
