摘要 在烤烟生产中,中耕培土是烟草田间管理作业的重要环节。针对研制的烟草中耕培土机工作性能要求与作业部件,设计了一种串并联液压传动系统。利用AMESim软件对串并联液压传动系统在正常载荷和突变载荷两种情况下进行仿真分析,并进行田间试验。仿真试验表明:正常载荷下,液压马达转速和液压马达输入口压力满足设计要求;突变载荷下,两侧液压马达转速最大相差约为10%,螺旋培土刀转速下降约5.3%,符合设计要求。田间试验结果表明:液压马达平均转速为200.30 r/min,平均压力为11.95 MPa,能够满足烟草中耕培土机的使用要求。 Cultivation is an important part of tobacco field management,in flue-cured tobacco production.A serial-parallel hydraulic transmission system was designed for the performance requirements and working parts of the tobacco hilling machine.AMESim software was used to simulate and analyze the serial-parallel hydraulic transmission system under normal load and sudden load,and field test was carried out.The simulation test showed that:under the normal load,the speed of the hydraulic motor and the pressure of the input port of the hydraulic motor meet the design requirements;under the sudden load,the maximum speed difference between the two sides of the hydraulic motor is about 10%,and the speed of the spiral knife decreases about 5.3%,which meets the design requirements.The field test results showed that the average rotating speed of hydraulic motor is 200.30 r/min and the average pressure is 11.95 MPa,which can meet the use requirements of tobacco cultivator.
