摘要
以2016~2019年江淮下游地区新收获小麦为监测对象,在前期研究基础上系统分析不同呕吐毒素(DON)含量小麦的籽粒特征。结果表明:随DON含量增大小麦各类粒型呈现明显不同的变化规律,赤霉病粒、发芽粒和破损粒比例均呈现变大趋势,而黑胚粒则无相关性;玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEN)随DON含量升高而变大且呈显著线性关系。不同年份“纵向监测”与同年份“横向监测”其规律一致。
The newly harvested wheat in the lower reaches of Yangtze and Huai River from 2016 to 2019 was taken as the monitoring object.The grain appearance characteristics of wheat with different content of Deoxynivalenol(DON)were studied.Results showed that the proportion of gibberella damaged kernel grains,sprouted grains and broken grains increased with the increaseing of Don content,while black germ grains showed no correlation;zearalenone increased with the increaseing of DON content.The results in different years are consistent.
