摘要
金花葵籽作为金花葵的种仁,不饱和脂肪酸含量高,且含有大量的黄酮和维生素E,十分适合做食用保健油。采用超声辅助法提取金花葵籽油,通过对料液比、超声时间、超声温度的改变进行单因素实验,最后在单因素实验的基础上进行正交试验。实验结果表明:在料液比2∶5(g∶mL),超声时间50 min,超声温度35℃条件下,提取率最佳,为15.75%。
Golden sunflower seeds as a golden sunflower species,unsaturated fatty acids are high in content and contain a lot of flavonoids and vitamin E,which is very suitable for healthy edible oils.The method of ultrasonic assist was used to extract the golden sunflower oil,and the single-factor experiment was carried out by the change of material liquid ratio,ultrasonic time and ultrasonic temperature,and the orthogonal experiment was carried out on the basis of the single-factor experiment.The experimental results show that the material ratio is 2∶5(g∶mL),the ultrasonic time is 50 mins,and the ultrasonic temperature is 35℃,the extraction rate is the best,at 15.75%.
