摘要
目的探讨丹参川芎嗪注射液联合低分子肝素钙对脊柱骨折术后患者血流动力学和炎性因子的影响。方法选取2018年1月—2019年1月在本院进行脊柱骨折手术的患者100例作为研究对象,按随机数表法分为对照组和观察组两组,每组各50例。对照组患者术后给予低分子肝素钙治疗,观察组患者术后予以丹参川芎嗪注射液联合低分子肝素钙进行治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后的血流动力学指标、炎性因子含量,下肢深静脉血栓(LEDVT)以及药物不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗后2周的血流动力学指标包括静脉最大流出量(MVO)、静脉压恢复时间(VRT)、节段性静脉容积(SVC)、静脉回流速率(Ratio=MVO/SVC)均高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后2周,观察组患者血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)和白介素-1(IL-1)含量明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2周观察组患者的LEDVT发生率2.00%(1/50)和不良反应发生率4.00%(2/50)都明显低于对照组的14.00%(7/50)、22.00%(11/50),差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脊柱骨折术后患者应用丹参川芎嗪注射液联合低分子肝素钙治疗可以有效改善血流动力学状况,减少炎性因子含量,降低LEDVT和不良反应的发生率。
Objective To investigate the influence of Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride injection combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium on hemodynamics and inflammatory factors in patients with spinal fracture after operation.Methods A total of 100 patients with spinal fracture those treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as study subjects,the patients were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method,each group had 50 cases.The patients in the control group were treated with low molecular weight heparin calcium and the patients in the observation group were treated with Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride injection and low molecular weight heparin calcium.The hemodynamic indexes,inflammatory factors,lower extremity deep vein thrombosis(LEDVT)and adverse drug reactions were observed before and after treatment.Results The hemodynamic indexes such as maximum venous outflow(MVO),venous pressure recovery time(VRT),segmental venous volume(SVC),venous return rate(ratio =MVO/SVC)of the observation group two weeks after treatment were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Two weeks after treatment,the levels of serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-1(IL-1)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of LEDVT(2.00%,1/50)and adverse reactions(4.00%,2/50)in the observation group two weeks after treatment were significantly lower than 14.00%(7/50),22.00%(11/50)in the control group respectively(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of Salviae Miltiorrhizae and Ligustrazine Hydrochloride injection combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium could effectively improve the hemodynamics,reduce the content of inflammatory factors and reduce the incidence of LEDVT and adverse reactions.
