协同单位在住院医师规范化培训中层级管理模式的探讨

摘要 住院医师规范化培训是医学生毕业后教育的重要组成部分,全国住院医师规范化培训基地有很多协同单位。我院作为协同单位和主基地经过多年的合作探索,结合实际情况,实施了目前"三级并进、五层纵行"的管理模式,在第一级(层)医院住院医师规范化培训领导小组、第二级(层)住院医师规范化培训办公室、第三级(层)住院医师规范化培训管理小组这三级(层),我院作为协同单位既和主基地相应级别紧密对接,接受主基地的安排及指导,又能做到本单位的层级管理。第四层轮转科室的科室管理员、第五层指导老师(带教教师)这一层面,主要由本单位自己按层级管理,报给主基地备案审核。在主基地和我院共同开展的住培管理及教学工作中,在管理方面(招生管理、轮转管理、考核管理、考勤管理、补助管理、督导管理);师资培训方面;教学方面;表彰方面;人文方面;协调方面,两院均做到了很好的沟通协作,促进了两院之间住培管理水平的共同提高,我们的这种"三级并进、五层纵行"的管理模式希望能给其他主基地和协同单位如何做好协作沟通提供参考经验。 The standardized resident training is an important part of postgraduate education for medical students.There are many cooperative units of the standardized residency training bases throughout the country.As a cooperative unit,we have cooperated with the main base for many years,we have implemented the current management mode of"three-level parallel development and five-level vertical development"in combination with the actual situation.The first level(floor)is the leading group for the standardized resident training,the second level(floor)is the standardized training office,and the third level(floor)is the standardized training management group.Our hospital,as a cooperative unit,not only closely connects with the corresponding level of the main base,accepts the arrangement and guidance of the main base,but also achieves the stratified management of the unit itself.The fourth floor is the section manager and the fifth-level is instructor(teaching teacher).They are mainly managed by our hospital,and reported to the main base for record.In the management and teaching work carried out by the main base and our hospital,in terms of management(enrollment management,rotation management,assessment management,attendance management,subsidy management,supervision management);teacher training;teaching;commendation;humanities;coordination,the two hospitals have achieved good communication and collaboration,and management levels of both hospitals are improved.We hope that the management model of "three-level parallel development and five-level vertical development" will provide experience reference for other main bases and coordinating units.
