心胸外科护理专业实习学生压力源及心理健康的研究

Study on stress sources and mental health of nursing students practicing in cardiothoracic surgery department

目的探讨心胸外科护理专业实习大学生的压力源和心理健康状况。方法采用随机抽样法,选取2018年7月—2019年6月在本院心胸外科实习的216名护生为调查对象,利用一般情况调查表、护士工作压力源量表、抑郁评定量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)等工具,对护生的压力源、心理健康等指标进行测量。结果心胸外科实习护生的工作压力评分与SAS评分及SDS评分均较高。不同学历护生在工作压力源的各维度以及抑郁、焦虑水平方面,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心胸外科实习护生的工作压力较大,易产生抑郁焦虑等心理健康问题。对其心理健康问题应加以重视,并给予有针对性的心理指导和支持。

Objective To investigate the stressors and mental health of college students practicing in department of cardiothoracic surgery those majoring in nursing.Methods Using cluster random sampling method,we selected 216 nursing students who practicing in department of cardiothoracic surgery in our hospital from July 2018 to June 2019 as the survey objects.The general situation questionnaire and nurse work stress source scale,depression assessment scale(SDS)and anxiety self-assessment scale(SAS)and other tools were used to measure nursing students’ stressors,mental health and other indicators.Results The work stress scores,SAS scores and SDS scores of the nursing students of cardiothoracic surgery were higher.There were differences in the dimensions of work stressors and levels of depression and anxiety among nursing students with different educational backgrounds(P<0.05).Conclusions The work pressure of nursing students in department of cardiothoracic surgeon is relatively high,which is prone to mental health problems such as depression and anxiety.Attention should be paid to their mental health issues,and targeted psychological guidance and support should be given.
