摘要
文章通过对3004材料化学成份、工艺性能的研究,确定了一种特殊的3004材料成份,绘制出材料软化曲线,通过试验发现,金属温度215℃~230℃,可以保证材料力学性能满足要求,生产出特殊性能工程用3004H26产品。
Based on the study of chemical composition and technological performance of 3004 material,this paper determined a special material composition of 3004 and drew a material softening curve.The test shows that the metal temperatures of 215℃~230℃can ensure the mechanical properties of materials to meet the requirements and produce 3004H26 products with special properties for engineering.
