摘要
文章模拟了H65黄铜带热轧温度变化,通过对其微观组织变化情况进行分析,探讨了H65黄铜热轧裂纹机理,结合实际生产过程中的化学成分、铸锭性能和规格、加工工艺等影响因素,提出了解决热轧裂边的具体措施,对指导H65黄铜的生产具有积极意义。
By simulating the temperature change of H65 brass hot rolling,this paper analyzes the microstructure change of H65 brass hot rolling,and discusses the crack mechanism of H65 brass hot rolling.Based on the influence factors such as chemical composition,ingot properties and specifications,and processing technology in the actual production process,the concrete measures to solve the hot-rolled crack edge are put forward,which is of positive significance to the production of H65 brass.
