摘要
文章对铝合金手机外壳缺陷样品进行分析,明确了热轧粘铝缺陷产生的机理。采用常规工艺和轧辊镀铬工艺改善的方法,有效降低了带材表面产生粘铝的几率,并为生产高表面质量产品提供了依据。
In this paper,the defect samples of aluminum alloy mobile phone shell are analyzed and the mechanism of hot rolling aluminum defect is clarified.The conventional process and the improvement of roll chrome plating process can effectively reduce the probability of aluminum sticking on the strip surface and provide a basis for the production of high surface quality products.
