摘要
文章介绍了利用BIM技术、光学扫描技术和三维重构技术等对铝模板信息化数据进行提取应用,可以实现铝模板的虚拟预拼装,达到免人工实物拼装的效果,可为铝模板企业缩减工人数量和用工成本、减少土地投资、加快铝模板周转周期和资金占用周期,从而提高铝模板厂的市场竞争力,并促进铝模板行业的数字化转型发展和企业智能化工厂的开展。
This paper introduces the application of BIM Technology,optical scanning technology and 3D reconstruction technology in the extraction of aluminum template information data,which can realize the virtual pre-assembly of aluminum template and achieve the effect of no artificial material assembly.And this technology can reduce the number of workers and labor cost for aluminum enterprises,reduce land investment,speed up the turnover cycle and capital occupation cycle of aluminum template enterprises,so as to improve the market competitiveness of aluminum template factories,and promote the digital transformation and development of aluminum template industry and the development of intelligent enterprise factories.
