黄芩炭止血作用与吸附力的相关性研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探索黄芩炭(Charred Radix Scutellariae,CRS)体内止血作用与体外吸附力之间的相关性。方法利用小鼠断尾出血模型和肝脏出血模型,以出血时间为指标,评价市售黄芩炭(CRS-SH)和马弗炉烧制品(250℃,300℃,350℃)对止血效果的影响;以紫外-可见分光光度法测定各组黄芩炭对亚甲基蓝的吸附力。结果在小鼠断尾出血实验和肝脏出血实验中,与生黄芩(SB)组比较,黄芩炭均能显著减少出血时间(P<0.01),且随着马弗炉烧制温度的增高,出血时间减少,出血时间长短顺序为:SB>CRS-SH>CRS-250>CRS-300>CRS-350;吸附力实验结果显示,吸附力大小顺序为:CRS-350>CRS-300>CRS-250>CRS-SH>SB。在一定范围内,黄芩炭的止血作用随着吸附力的增大而增大,两者呈正相关,相关系数大于0.97。结论黄芩炭止血作用与吸附力的相关性良好,吸附力的大小可以反映止血作用的强弱,该研究为黄芩炭质量控制的体外评价方法提供了实验依据。 Objective:To study the correlation between the hemostatic effect of Charred Radix Scutellariae(CRS)in vivo and the adsorption capacity in vitro.Methods:The mouse tail bleeding model and liver bleeding model were used to evaluate the hemostatic effect of commercially available CRS-SH and muffle furnace burned products(250℃,300℃and 350℃)with bleeding time as the index.The UV-Vis spectrophotometric method was used to determine the adsorption of methylene blue by CRS in each group.Results:In the mouse tail bleeding experiment and the liver bleeding experiment,when compared with the raw scutellaria baicalensis(SB)group,the CRS could significantly reduce the bleeding time(P<0.01),and with the increase of the muffle furnace firing temperature,the bleeding time reduced.The order of bleeding time was as SB>CRS-SH>CRS-250>CRS-300>CRS-350.The results of the adsorption force experiment showed that the order of adsorption force was as CRS-350>CRS-300>CRS-250>CRS-SH>SB.Within a certain range,the hemostatic effect of CRS increased with the increase of the adsorption force,and the two were positively correlated,and the correlation coefficient was greater than 0.97.Conclusion:The hemostatic effect of the CRS has a good correlation with the adsorption force.The size of the adsorption force can reflect the strength of the hemostatic effect.This study provides an experimental basis for the in vitro evaluation method of the quality control of the CRS.
