英语学界中国古典词译介与研究的宏观特点

General Characteristics of Translation of and Research on Chinese Classic Tz'u Poetry in English-speaking World

在跨文化译介方面,英语学界中国古典词在译介时间上迄今已近百年,在词类译名上经历漠视、误读和正解的过程,在词人选择上呈现出多样化与经典化的倾向,在译者身份上表现出本土学者与华裔学者的融合;在跨语际研究方面,英语学界中国古典词研究普遍重视文本分析和综合研究,具有浓厚的方法论与理论色彩,呈现出科学化与多维度趋势。通过借用西方主流思想与批评方法,英语学界中国古典词学揭示出中国词人词作的新形象与新特点、,扩大并部分修正某些西方主流思想。由此,英语学界中国古典词学的诠释路径和话语实践,从侧面反映出英语汉学界与主流思想之间既西学中用又中研西补的张力关系。

In cross-cultural translation,it has been nearly a hundred years since Chinese Tz'u poetry was translated into the English-speaking world,and has experienced the process of indifference,misreading and correct interpretation in the translation of Tz*u poetry.It shows the tendency of diversification and classicalization in the choice of Tz'u poetry,and the fusion of native scholars and Chinese scholars in the translation.In cross-linguistic research,the studies on Chinese Tz'u poetry in the English-speaking world generally attach great importance to textual analysis and comprehensive research and show a scientific and multi-dimensional trend.Studies on Chinese Tz'u poetry in the English-speaking world reinterpret the other culture by borrowing Western mainstream thoughts and critical methods,and reveal the new image and characteristics of Chinese Tz'u poetry,which expands and partially revises some western mainstream thoughts.Therefore,the hermeneutic path and discourse practice of Chinese Tz,u poetry in the Englishspeaking world reflect the tension between the Sinology circle and the mainstream thought,which is used in Western learning and supplemented by Chinese research.
