摘要
为增强公共场馆的讲解的趣味性、互动性,节省人力成本,提升场馆服务水平,增强场馆品牌影响力,设计研发了一款火箭样式可变形自主导览互动讲解机器人。机器人使用STM32系列微控制器进行数据处理与系统控制,采用标准ModBus通信协议,提高了系统通信的可靠性,机器人基于自动导航运输车(AGV)磁导航和射频识别(RFID)技术实现自主定位导航,应用多种无线通信技术,解决机器人与场馆设备的通信控制问题,实现讲解过程中机器人与场馆设备的联动。该导览机器人可实现引导参访者沿着固定路线参访,进行解说以及简单对话,并自主调度控制现场设备等功能。实践应用表明,所设计的自主导览互动机器人具有操作简单、智能化水平高、运行可靠等特点,具有一定的扩展应用价值和意义。
In order to make the guide more interesting in public venues,save labor cost,improve the service level,and enhance the brand influence,we designed and developed a rocket-style transformable interactive robot for self-service guide.It uses STM32 series microcontroller for data processing and system control,the standard ModBus communication protocol for improving communication system reliability,the AGV magnetic navigation and RFID radio frequency identification technology for autonomous navigation and positioning,and a variety of wireless communication technology for communication control between the robot and the equipment in venues during work.This robot can guide the visitors along a fixed route,carry out simple dialogues,and autonomously dispatch and control the field equipment.The practical application shows that this robot can be easily operated,with high intelligence and reliability,and has the value and significance of extensive application to a certain extent.
