螺旋轴流式多级泵内部压力脉动特性分析

摘要 为探究动静干涉对螺旋轴流式多级泵内部的压力脉动特性的影响,基于CFX软件,选用RNG k-ε湍流模型对螺旋轴流式多级泵进行三维非定常数值模拟,计算了不同监测点的压力脉动情况,并对其结果进行了时域和频域分析。结果表明:不同位置点的压力脉动均呈现周期性变化,其周期为叶轮叶片数,而导叶叶片数对压力脉动影响较小;压力脉动主频几乎都为叶频及倍频,叶轮与导叶之间动静干涉对压力脉动起主导作用。随着工况的改变,各个位置的频率成分几乎保持不变,压力脉动幅值大小有一定的变化。 In order to explore the effect of dynamic and static interference on the internal pressure pulsation characteristics of the helical axial-flow stage pump,based on CFX software,the RNG k-εturbulence model was used to conduct three-dimensional unsteady numerical simulation on the helical axial-flow stage pump,and the pressure pulsation at each monitoring point was calculated and analyzed in term of time and frequency domains.The results indicate that the pressure pulsation at different position points show periodic changes and the period is the number of impeller blades,and the number of guide vane blades has less effect on the pressure pulsation,and the basic frequency of pressure pulsation is almost all blade frequency and frequency doubling,and the dynamic and static interference between the impeller and the guide vane plays a leading role in the pressure pulsation.With the change of operating conditions,the frequency components at each position remain almost unchanged,and the amplitude of the pressure pulsation varies somewhat.
