Risk factors and countermeasures of post-ICU syndrome in ICU patients

目的研究重症加强护理病房(Intensive Care Unit,ICU)患者ICU后综合征的风险因素并分析相应的预防对策。方法回顾性分析2018年4月至2019年10月本院ICU收入的562例患者临床资料,依据是否发生ICU后综合征分为ICU后综合征组296例、正常组266例,收集两组患者临床资料并进行对比,利用logistic回归分析法分析ICU患者ICU后综合征的独立风险因素。结果两组患者性别、年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、吸烟、酗酒、个人收入相比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05),疾病类型、GCS评分、APACHEⅡ评分、住ICU时间、心理状态、认知障碍评分、日常生活能力评分、生存质量评分、睡眠质量评分、肌力分级相比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。logistic回归分析结果提示:疾病类型、心理状态、肌力分级为ICU患者ICU后综合征的独立风险因素(均P<0.05)。结论疾病类型、心理状态、肌力分级为ICU患者ICU后综合征的独立风险因素,予以针对性的护理干预有助于降低ICU患者ICU后综合征发生率。

Objective To study the risk factors of post-ICU syndrome in patients in intensive care unit(ICU)and analyze the corresponding preventive measures.Methods The clinical data of 562 patients in ICU of our hospital from April 2018 to October 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into 296 cases in post-ICU syndrome group and 266 cases in the normal group according to whether the post-ICU syndrome occurred or not.The clinical data of the two groups of patients were collected and compared.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the independent risk factors of post-ICU syndrome in ICU patients.Results There were no statistically significant differences in gender,age,education,marital status,smoking,alcoholism,and personal income between the two groups(all P>0.05),there were statistically significant differences in disease type,GCS score,APACHEⅡscore,ICU time,psychological state,cognitive impairment score,daily living ability score,quality of life score,sleep quality score,and muscle strength grade(all P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis results suggested:disease type,psychological state,muscle force grading were independent risk factors for post-ICU syndrome in ICU patients(all P<0.05).Conclusions The type of disease,psychological state,and muscle force grading are independent risk factors for post-ICU syndrome in ICU patients.Targeted nursing intervention can help reduce the incidence of post-ICU syndrome in ICU patients.
