摘要 目的探讨ECMO(体外膜肺氧合)急救车的设计及规范化管理要点,缩短备物时间,提高抢救效率。方法选取2018年1月至2018年12月共23例ECMO急救车未参与救治病例为对照组,另外选取2019年1月至2019年12月实行ECMO急救车参与抢救的23例病例为观察组,对两组病例的备物准确例数、备物不准确例数和节约备物时间进行对比。结果对照组备物完整例数10例,备物不完整13例,备物平均时间38.7 min。观察组备物完整例数23例,备物不完整0例,备物平均时间5.0 min。观察组在备物完整率及备物时间上均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论应用熟练的ECMO急救技术和先进的急救设备,科学的ECMO急救物品管理常规和规范化的管理流程,是ECMO抢救急危重症患者取得成功的关键。 Objective To explore the design and standardized management points of ECMO(extracorporeal membrane oxygenation)emergency vehicle,and shorten the preparation time for improving the rescue efficiency.Methods From January 2018 to December 2018,a total of 23 cases that ECMO rescue vehicle did not involve in the rescue were selected as the control group.In addition,23 cases that ECMO rescue vehicle involved in the rescue from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the observation group.The number of accurate preparation cases and saving rescue time of the two groups were compared.Results In the control group,there were 10 cases with complete preparation,13 cases with incomplete preparation,and the average preparation time was 38.7 minutes.In the observation group,there were 23 cases with complete preparation,0 case with incomplete preparation,and the average preparation time was 5.0 minutes.The differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion The key points of the ECMO success in rescuing critical patients were the advanced ECMO first aid technology and equipment,scientific nursing routine,and standardized management process of ECMO first aid vehicle.
