摘要
农村是宣传思想工作的基础和关键,然而现实中农村理论宣讲效果不够理想,究其原因既有理论宣讲员自身的局限,也有对受众类型及需求分析的缺失。据此,运用分众传播理论,将农村党员群众细分为农村留守党员群众、外出务工党员群众、特殊党员群众和居住分散的党员群众,并针对不同群体的现状和需求采取不同的宣讲方案,以提高农村理论宣讲工作实效,真正实现让党的创新理论“飞入寻常百姓家”。
Rural area is the foundation and key of propaganda and ideological work.However,in reality,the effect of rural theory propaganda is not ideal,which is caused by the limitations of the theoretical propaganda staff and the lack of the analysis of the audience types and demand.Therefore,it is available to apply the theory of sub-public communication to subdivide the rural Party members into 4 groups:the left-behinds,the migrant workers,special Party members and scattered inhabitants.In view of the current situation and the demand of different groups,different preaching forms are selected to improve the effectiveness of rural theoretical publicity work,and to achieve the realization of the Party’s innovation theory.
