Study on the Construction Process of the Vienna Model of Social Housing

奥地利的首都维也纳被认为是全球社会住宅的典范,其社会住宅制度发展至今已有百年历史。文章以维也纳的社会住宅为研究对象,梳理其历史发展脉络,总结其在不同时期的建设模式,分析“维也纳模式”的特征,试图揭示这种模式能够久盛不衰的原因,探寻其对于我国保障性住房建设的借鉴意义。

Vienna,the capital of Austria,is considered a global model for social housing.This paper takes the social housing in Vienna as the research object,combs its historical development context,summarizes its construction mode in different periods,analyzes the characteristics of“Vienna mode”,tries to reveal the reason why this mode can be prosperous for a long time,and explores its reference significance for the construction of affordable housing in China.
