摘要
我国社会发展正处于脱贫攻坚的收官阶段,大部分村庄的发展和建设已经进行了完善的规划,但是漓江沿岸村庄处于较为特殊的地理区位上,村庄发展的环境因素与一般城市有一定的差异。漓江沿岸村庄大部分处于国家级风景区内部、城市建成区边缘,较为复杂的发展环境导致沿岸村庄规划与实施的决策难以划定。基于人地系统地域理论对区域发展的理论基础,探究漓江沿岸村庄发展结构“脆性”发生和传导的机制,并从因素层面、结构层面、环境层面等三个层面构建脆性结构系统,从“反脆性”的角度为村庄的发展提出发展措施。
China's social development is just at the closing stage of poverty alleviation,and most villages'development and construction has been planned completely.However,owing to the special geographical location of villages along Lijiang River,the environmental factors of these villages differ from some general cities.Most of the villages along Lijiang River are within the national scenic spot,but on the verge of urban built-up area,and it is hard to define the planning and decision implementation for villages along Lijiang River owing to its relatively complicated development environment.Based on the theoretical foundation of regional theory of human-land system for regional development,this paper explores the generation and conducting mechanism for“brittleness”of development structure of villages along Lijiang River,and constructs brittleness structure system from factor level,structure level and environmental level,and puts forward development measures for the village's development from the perspective of“anti-brittleness”.
