Study on the Specialized Dynamic Monitoring Model of Dilapidated Houses in Rural Areas—Take Specialized Dynamic Monitoring Work of Agricultural House in Cixi City as an Example

现行的房屋使用安全管理制度存在一定的监管空白,基层专业力量也存在不足。慈溪市在实施农村危旧房专业化动态监测实施过程中,不断进行探索、优化和完善,形成了比较完善的农房专业化动态监测模式,有效提高了农房使用安全监管水平,在本地农村房屋使用安全管理中发挥了重要作用,也为其他地区实施农房专业化动态监测提供借鉴。

The current safety management system of housing use has some gaps in supervision.And the grassroots professional strength is also insufficient.In the process of implementing the professional dynamic monitoring of dilapidated rural houses,Cixi city has been continuously explored,optimized and improved to form a relatively complete professional dynamic monitoring model of rural houses,which effectively improves the level of agricultural house use safety supervision and plays an important role in the local rural house use safety management.It can also be used for reference for other regions to carry out dynamic monitoring of agricultural house specialization,establish safety supervision system of rural house use,and improve management level.
