新型冠状病毒肺炎相关急性肾损伤的研究进展

Research progress of acute kidney injury in patients with COVID-19

2019年新型冠状病毒肺炎(coronavirus disease 2019,COVID-19)疫情被世界卫生组织定义为国际突发公共卫生事件,随着病例资料的积累及研究的深入,发现肾脏也是新型冠状病毒(SARS-CoV-2)攻击的肺外靶器官之一,流行病学资料显示COVID-19相关急性肾损伤(acute kidney injury,AKI)发病率在0.5%~29%,且COVID-19相关AKI是COVID-19患者死亡的独立危险因素之一。本文将结合最新研究进展,对COVID-19相关AKI病理表现、发病机制及治疗等进行综述,以期为COVID-19相关AKI的防治提供参考。

The Coronavirus Disease 2019(COVID-19) epidemic was defined by the World Health Organization as an international public health emergency.With the accumulation of case data and in-depth research,we found that the kidney is also one of the extrapulmonary target organs attacked by SARS-CoV-2.Epidemiological data showed that the incidence of acute kidney injury(AKI) related to COVID-19 ranged from 0.5% to 29%,and COVID-19-related AKI was one of the independent risk factors for the death of COVID-19 patients.In this article,we will review the latest coronavirus etiological characteristics,pathological manifestations,pathogenesis and the treatment of COVID-19-related AKI,so as to provide reference for the prevention and treatment of COVID-19-related AKI.
