摘要 缺血再灌注损伤发生在多种临床环境中,严重者可导致器官功能障碍或衰竭,发病机制复杂,目前尚无特别有效的治疗方法。免疫反应介导的机制可能在器官缺血再灌注损伤中起重要作用,程序性细胞死亡受体1(PD-1)及其配体PD-L1、PD-L2属于共刺激分子家族,是参与免疫反应的重要分子,在免疫调节中起重要作用。器官缺血再灌注损伤后激活的PD-1及其下游分子可能通过调节T细胞介导的特异性免疫反应,在再灌注后晚期发挥作用。通过进一步阐明器官缺血再灌注损伤机制,可以为器官缺血再灌注损伤临床治疗提供新的靶点。 Ischemia-reperfusion injuries occur in multiple clinical settings and may result in organ dysfunction or failures in serious cases.There is no particularly effective treatment right now because of its pathogenesis is complex.Studies have shown that the mechanism mediated by immune response plays an important role in organ ischemia-reperfusion injury.Costimulatory molecules programmed cell death protein 1(PD-1)and its ligands PD-L1,PD-L2 are the key molecules involved in immune response and have essential role in immune regulation.PD-1 and its downstream molecules activated during organ ischemia-reperfusion injury may be involved in the late stage of reperfusion by regulating the specific immune response mediated by T cells.Further clarification of the mechanism of organ ischemia-reperfusion injury will provide new therapeutic target for the clinical treatment.
