摘要
骨组织工程涉及生物材料、细胞和调节因子,以制造高效矿化的生物合成骨移植材料,用于骨折或骨损伤后骨的再生。三维打印技术是一种通过利用精确分配细胞负载的生物材料以构建功能性组织或器官的制造技术。近年来,其已广泛应用于医学领域,包括心胸外科、颅颌面外科和骨科手术。三维打印技术的最新进展是生物打印、生物化学材料以及活细胞的逐层定位,以制造复杂的器官。未来,利用三维打印技术制备的骨组织工程支架有望越来越多地应用于临床。
Bone tissue engineering involves biomaterials,cells and regulatory factors to make biosynthetic bone grafts with efficient mineralization for regeneration of fractured or damaged bones.Three-dimensional printing technology is a manufacturing technology used to accurately distribute the cell load of biomaterials to construct functional tissues or organs.In recent years,it has been widely used in medical fields,including cardiothoracic surgery,craniofacial surgery and orthopedic surgery.The latest development includes biological printing,biochemical materials,and even the layer-by-layer localization of living cells to make complex organs.In the future,bone tissue engineering scaffolds prepared by three-dimensional printing technique are expected to be more and more applied in clinic.
