地方高校创新创业教育与精准扶贫衔接机制研究

Research on the Linking-up Mechanism of Innovative Entrepreneurship Education and Precision Poverty Alleviation in Local Universities

创新创业教育与精准扶贫具有时代背景和内在关系,符合构建二者的衔接机制。地方高校创新创业教育具有地域性、协同性、创新性的鲜明基本特征,而精准扶贫在平台共建、资源共享、育人共治等项目领域,可与创新创业教育形成有效衔接。对接精准扶贫需求侧,改革地方高校创新创业教育供给侧,是设计衔接机制的侧重点。同时,构建两者互促发展的保障机制,以此克服碎片化的制度和政策对衔接造成不利影响。

Innovative entrepreneurship education and precision poverty reduction have the background of the times and the inherent relationship,in line with the construction of the link between the two mechanisms. The education of innovation and entrepreneurship in local colleges and universities has the distinct basic characteristics of regionality,coordination and innovation,and the precise poverty alleviation can form an effective link with the education of innovation and entrepreneurship in the fields of platform co-construction,resource sharing,education and co-governance. It is the key point to design the linkage mechanism to reform the supply side of innovation and entrepreneurship in local colleges and universities. At the same time,to build the mutual development of the two security mechanisms,in order to overcome the fragmentation of the system and policy on the convergence of adverse effects.
