高职生的信息素养教育与就业能力问题研究

Research on Information Literacy Education and Employment Ability of Higher Vocational Students

信息素养与学生的就业能力存在着明显的正相关联系,不仅对就业能力拥有显著的影响,更能以学习能力作为传导媒介,推动学生的全面发展。因此重视信息素养教育,能够有效增强学生的社会适应能力与就业能力,帮助学生提升自身的价值理念,推进区域经济的良性发展。本文结合信息素养和就业能力的内在联系,探寻信息素养对就业能力的影响方式,提出相应的培养策略与路径。

There is a significant positive correlation between information literacy and students’ employability,which not only has a significant impact on employability,but also can use learning ability as a transmission medium to promote the overall development of students. Therefore,paying attention to information literacy education can effectively enhance students’ social adaptability and employment ability,help students improve their own values and promote the sound development of regional economy. In this paper,combined with the internal relationship between information literacy and employability,we explore the impact of information literacy on employability,and put forward the corresponding training strategies and paths.
